A direct line
A shared channel with the people building Oprex. Your bug reports skip the queue, and your feature requests get an honest yes or no.
Who qualifies
- Founded within the last three years.
- Fewer than 20 people.
- Has not previously been on a paid Oprex plan.
- Building a real product — pre-revenue is fine, pre-idea is not.
Accelerator, incubator, and university-spinout teams are explicitly welcome. Being outside Indonesia is not a barrier.
How to apply

| 1. Sign up | Create your workspace first — it takes under a minute and gives us something concrete to attach the plan to. |
| 2. Apply | Send us your workspace name, your company, roughly when you started, and one paragraph on what you are building. |
| 3. We reply | Usually within two working days. If we say no, we will tell you why. |
| 4. Plan applied | Your existing workspace is upgraded in place. Nothing to migrate, nothing to recreate. |
What happens after the year
You move to whichever paid plan fits, at standard pricing. If you would rather leave, your data is exportable — see the Trust Center for exactly what that means. We would rather earn the renewal than trap it.
